Dr Jake Harper
MB ChB FRACP

Dr Harper completed his advanced training in Western Australia in 1999 and has been working across different sites in Perth since then. His areas of expertise are general internal medicine and perioperative medicine along with neurodegenerative diseases.


Dr Andrew Granger
MB ChB FRACP

Dr Andrew Granger works as a geriatrician at Hollywood Private Hospital and Osborne Park Hospital, and a General Physician at Hollywood Private Hospital. He manages inpatients and outpatients with most general geriatric, rehabilitation and general medical conditions.


Dr Dung Do-Nguyen
MB BS FRAC P

Dr Dung Do-Nguyen is a consultant physician and geriatrician having trained in Victoria and Western Australia. He has general medicine and rehabilitation inpatients at Hollywood Private Hospital, and stroke rehabilitation inpatients at Osborne Park Hospital. He also has outpatient clinics at the Hollywood Specialist Centre.


Dr Poh Chua
MB ChB FRACP

Dr Poh Chua graduated from the University of Auckland, NZ. She completed her Geriatric Advanced training in Perth, WA.

She provides services for hospital inpatients at Joondalup Health Campus, and consults through her own private outpatient clinic.


Dr Richard Cordell
MBBS FRACP

Dr Cordell works as a Consultant Physician in Aged Care and Rehabilitation, and General Medicine having completed Advanced Training in Western Australia in 2006.

He has inpatients at Joondalup, Glengarry and Osborne Park Hospitals and does clinics in General Medicine and Aged Care in Joondalup, and Aged Care and Parkinson’s Disease in Osborne Park.


Dr Scott Lee
MB BS FRACP FAChPM

Scott is a dual-trained Geriatrician and Palliative Medicine Physician.  His interests include acute internal medicine in the elderly, delirium and dementia, bone fragility disorders, frailty and rehabilitation, and complex symptom management in cancer and chronic non-malignant conditions.  He currently holds positions as a Staff Specialist in the Department of Palliative Care at both St John of God Murdoch Hospital (including Murdoch Community Hospice) and South Metropolitan Health Service (Fiona Stanley Hospital and Fremantle Hospital).  He is the current Director of Hospice and Palliative Care Services at St John of God Murdoch Hospital and Murdoch Community Hospice.   He also works in private practice in Geriatric Medicine in St John of God Murdoch. 


Dr Tiana Gooneratne
MB BS FRACP

Tiana has worked as a geriatrician and orthogeriatrician at JHC since February 2017 and currently works pre-operatively with older public patients who are scheduled for surgery. She was integral to the establishment of the new orthogeriatric service, which commenced at JHC in March 2017. Tiana graduated from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences in India in 2004 and went on to complete her basic physician training and advanced training in geriatrics at Royal Perth Hospital.
Tiana also has experience in palliative care medicine having worked in this field for 12 months.



Dr Larry Liew
MB BDS FRACP FACHPM

Dr Liew is a Geriatric and Palliative Medicine Physician who favours a holistic and team orientated approach towards the assessment and management of his patients. He works predominantly at the Mount Hospital and Glengarry Private Hospital.


Dr Adrian Foo
MB BS FRACP

Dr Foo graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1995, was Board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2000, and completed FRACP (Geriatric Medicine) in 2007.
During his training, Dr Foo has worked in various hospitals in Perth, Western Australia, and at Texas Medical Centre in Houston, Texas.
Dr Foo currently practices as a Geriatrician and Internal Medicine Physician in Perth.
His special interest is promoting long term health in elderly patients through treating physical frailty.


Dr Kevin Kwan
MBBS MMed FRACP

I am a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and consultant physician in geriatric medicine. I have expertise in all aspects of aged care, including acute geriatric medicine, subacute inpatient care, perioperative care, rehabilitation and geriatric clinic assessment.

I am skilled in comprehensive aged care assessment and have extensive experience working with the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). My interests include memory disorders, as well as a passion for optimising the care of the perioperative patient. To further my expertise, I have completed the Master of Medicine specialising in peri-operative care at Monash University. I am actively involved as a Director of Clinical Training for Post Graduate Medical Education supervising basic physician trainees, teaching students and junior medical staff.

I consult and care for public and privately insured patients at Joondalup Health Campus. I admit regularly to Glengarry Hospital where I am deputy chair on the Medical Advisory Committee. I visit patients at Hollywood Hospital and St John of God Subiaco on request.
